TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Services

The services provided by Tami Seegrist McMinn consist of spiritual consulting, mediumship, animal communication, and intuitive readings.

  • Experiential and Subjective: You acknowledge and agree that these sessions are experiential, interpretive, and highly subjective in nature. Insights, connections, and information delivered during a session cannot be guaranteed, predicted, or scientifically verified.

  • Entertainment & Educational Purposes: In compliance with standard legal regulations, all spiritual readings, mediumship consultations, and intuitive insights are provided strictly for entertainment, educational, and personal evolutionary purposes.

  • No Professional Advice: Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Services are not a substitute for professional counseling or medical care.

  • Billing for Rendered Labor: By purchasing a session, you are paying strictly for the specialist’s dedicated time, live labor, and reserving a block on their schedule. Because this live labor is fully spent and rendered once the session commences, no outcomes or specific information can be promised, and all fees remain final and non-refundable regardless of the client’s personal interpretation or satisfaction with the reading.

2. Scope of Work and Deliverables

The specialist provides virtual consulting sessions focused on animal communication, animal mediumship, and energetic support (such as Reiki).

  • Session Logistics: Sessions are conducted 100% remotely via Zoom video conferencing software. Sessions are billed and delivered strictly in time-blocked units (e.g., 30, 45, or 60 minutes) as selected by the client at the time of booking.

  • Client Inputs: The client agrees to provide requested inputs prior to the session, which may include a recent photograph of the animal, the animal's name, and specific focus questions. While these inputs help guide the focus of the time spent, the session remains a live, experiential service billed for time rendered, not a guaranteed data-retrieval service.

  • Not Professional Veterinary or Behavioral Care: The client explicitly acknowledges that animal communication and energetic consulting do not constitute, replace, or substitute for professional veterinary medicine, animal behavioral training, or certified pet therapy. The specialist does not diagnose medical conditions or legally guarantee behavioral modifications.

3. Session Recordings and Intellectual Property

  • Complimentary Asset Only: Audio or video recordings of the session may be provided upon client request as a complimentary, post-session courtesy asset. The creation and delivery of a recording are not guaranteed deliverables of the financial transaction. Technical glitches, internet dropouts, or failure to generate a recording file do not constitute a failure of service delivery and do not entitle the client to a refund.

  • Permitted Use: Any recording provided is strictly intended for the client’s private, personal use.

  • Strict Distribution Ban: The client is strictly prohibited from publicly distributing, broadcasting, recording via third-party software, filming, or posting any portion of the session audio, video, or recording on social media platforms, websites, or public forums without the prior express written consent of the specialist.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Advance Cancellations: Cancellations submitted with a minimum of five (5) business days notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. Because preparation for each reading begins in advance, that time block has already been dedicated to the client.

  • Missed Sessions (No-Shows): Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for a refund. If an unexpected emergency prevents attendance, please reach out to the specialist directly to discuss the situation.

  • Late Arrivals: For 60-minute sessions, the specialist will hold the Zoom room for up to 10 minutes. For 30-minute sessions, the room will be held for up to 5 minutes. If the client has not joined by that time, the session will be categorized as a no-show. If running late, please notify the specialist as soon as possible to check remaining daily availability.

Because you are purchasing the specialists dedicated time, expertise, and live labor, all fees are final and non-refundable once the session has commenced, regardless of your personal satisfaction with the outcome of the reading.
